Military Appreciation Program & Ticket Discount

With Indianapolis hosting more military monuments than any other American city outside of Washington, D.C.., it only makes sense that Indy Eleven's name is rooted in military history. With that said, Indy Eleven would like to pay homage to all United States military personnel, recognizing the sacrifices and commitments made by the country's bravest men and women.

As a nod to the Hoosier State's deep appreciation for members of the military, Indy Eleven is proud to partner with locally-based organizations as part of the club's Military Appreciation Program . The aim of the program is to honor and reward those who have served in the nation's armed forces and their families by supporting initiatives led by Community Partners such as WISH for OUR HEROES provide special experiences on gamedays and at various events held throughout the Hoosier State. 

Ticket Discounts for Active Military & Veterans

Indy Eleven is pleased to offer military personnel our deepest discount on tickets once again for the 2017 season, providing single game tickets at the group ticket rate and waiving the 10% facility fee ... see the full range of prices below. To take advantage of this discount, please contact the Indy Eleven Ticketing Department at 317-685-1100 (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm) or purchase your seats in person at the Indy Eleven Front Office, located at 47 S. Pennsylvania St., Suite 611, during normal business hours.

Military Appreciation Ticket Donation Program

Indy Eleven’s Military Recognition Program also enables your organization to support military members, veterans, and their families by giving them the opportunity to experience the excitement of an Indy Eleven game at Carroll Stadium. For every $10, a military member is able to enjoy the unforgettable experience of an Indy Eleven game that might not otherwise have the opportunity to do so! You can donate to the charity or organization of your choice, as well.

Your commitment to the Military Appreciation Program ticket donation will add to your company's community service efforts and provides recognition for your organization. Indy Eleven is partnered with WISH for OUR HEROES, a national 501(c)(3), to help offer military members, veterans and their families the opportunity to attend an Indy Eleven game.

Indy Eleven... for the 11th

The Indy Eleven name references Indiana's famed 11th Volunteer Infantry Regiment , which brought together volunteer soldiers from the state during the Civil War.  In honor of the 11th Infantry Regiment's original enlistment date of April 25, 1861, Indy Eleven unveiled its team identity, colors and crest on the same date 152 years later during a ceremony held on the steps of the Soldiers and Sailors Monument in downtown Indianapolis.

The 11th Indiana was enlisted in Indianapolis and originally set to serve for 90 days in the summer of 1861, with Lew Wallace as its colonel and George McGinnis as lieutenant colonel. After brief battle action in western Virginia, it returned to Indianapolis to be mustered out as its enlistment had expired. However, the outfit would soon reassemble for a four-year enlistment, and the group eventually known as Wallace's Zouaves would go on to play roles in nine battles, proving vital to the cause of reuniting the nation under the Stars and Stripes.
