Engaging the community we serve is paramount to Indy Eleven and its staff. In order to fulfill our role as a positive force in Central Indiana, we have committed ourselves to its increasingly diverse population, and will continue to do so.
Since its foundation in early 2013, Indy Eleven has reached out to a number of schools, youth soccer events, and local charities, and intends to do more of the same in the future. In particular, we are invested in nurturing and supporting Indiana’s children, who will form the backbone of not only the state soccer scene but the community at large for years to come.
Additionally, on a global scale, soccer transcends socioeconomic boundaries, and Indiana is no different; our staff recognizes Hoosiers who are in special need and is accordingly dedicated to promoting their welfare. We firmly believe Indiana is a burgeoning soccer hub and are happy to support the growth of the sport through donations of memorabilia, merchandise and tickets.
Making A Request
In the interest of fairness to all organizations that seek to cooperate with Indy Eleven, a streamlined donation policy has been developed. While we wish we could fulfill each and every request submitted to us, the large volume of such inquiries forces us to be selective when allocating our resources. Unfortunately, this means all requests cannot be fulfilled. Moreover, as we are devoted to serving the state that houses our staff and team, Indiana-based organizations will take precedence.
Monetary or Sponsorship Requests
Monetary donations will not be provided by Indy Eleven - be it for grant, charitable or sponsorship requests - except for special circumstances.
Signed Merchandise
Please use the form included on this page for all requests regarding merchandise to be signed by members of the team.
Limit on Requests
Only one request per organization can be made each calendar year.
Submission Criteria
There are fundamental parameters for all donation requests. They are to be submitted:
1) via the online request form below (phone calls and emails may be answered, but filling request out via the form is still necessary);
2) at least six (6) weeks in advance of the fundraising event;
3) with a Tax ID number included;
4) from an organization based within the state of Indiana.
For organizations on deadline, all requests should be submitted no fewer than six weeks before said deadline to allow ample time for request receipt and delivery if approved.
Finally, please be advised that a sent request does NOT ensure your organization will receive a donation.
Processing
The Indy Eleven Community Relations Department will follow up with each organization that has submitted a request through this donation form. At least five (5) weeks should be allowed for the purposes of processing. While we appreciate the interest, we ask that you refrain from contacting us by phone in regards to your submission due to the high volume of requests received.
All decisions concerning donations made by Indy Eleven are final, and all items will be available for pick up either by the date of the event or at an earlier juncture as arranged by both parties
With the above guidelines in mind, please fill out the following Donation Request Form completely and accurately; any incomplete requests will result in possible delay of the receipt or fulfillment of the request and decrease the likelihood of the request being confirmed.
