The Brickyard Battalion and its affiliate group members mission is to create an inspiring fan environment and a groundswell of support for Indy Eleven. The BYB will do this through fostering an increased level of passionate support through community events, gatherings, and volunteerism.
The BYB was created to enable community coordination and participation in activities - which will eventually help lead to the development of in-stadium support for Indy Eleven on an unprecedented scale for a professional soccer team in Indianapolis and in the NASL.

Indy Eleven Professional Soccer took a pivotal step towards expanding its reach across the Hoosier State in May 2013 by entering a partnership with Indiana Soccer. The "marriage" between the two organizations saw the groups begin immediately to work in lockstep to promote each other’s efforts to grow the game statewide.
The Indy Eleven-Indiana Soccer Association relationship will is comprehensive in its scope and allows both groups to promote initiatives that will benefit soccer-loving Hoosiers of all ages and abilities. As part of the agreement, Indy Eleven and Indiana Soccer have staff representatives join each organization’s respective staff meetings in order to promote the collaborative nature of the partnership, while Indy Eleven now has direct access to offer exclusive benefits and opportunities to Indiana Soccer’s 65,000 players and their families.
For more information on how Indiana Soccer and its 140 member clubs are growing the beautiful game across the Hoosier State, visit www.SoccerIndiana.org .
The Indiana Soccer Foundation supports programs that enhance, support, promote and foster long-term development of youth within Indiana communities. The vision is to bring life-changing values, through soccer, to every child, regardless of income or geographic location. The Foundation supports programs that focus on player scholarships, outreach and community support programs.
Through its support to outreach programs such as Soccer Across America (SAA) and TOPSoccer, the Indiana Soccer Foundation constantly strives to use soccer to encourage the development of character, social development, leadership and self-discipline in all Hoosier soccer players and constantly strives to use the sport to spread goodwill across the state. With these programs, the Foundation provides under-served youth with equal opportunities through the identification and removal of barriers.
As part of its community support initiatives, the Indiana Soccer Foundation and Indy Eleven have begun a partnership to support the construction of futsal courts at Indianapolis area parks, turning little-used athletic courts into futsal courts for use by the local community.

While their primary goal is to grant families basic needs or emergencies first – anything from putting food on the table to assisting with car repairs, home repairs, baby supplies, clothing, etc. – WISH for OUR HEROES also enjoys providing fun experiences like sending the troops and their families to athletic events and vacations to get re-acquainted after deployments, the chance to meet their favorite celebrities and more.
“We are honored to form a partnership with Indy Eleven as we work together to identify new ways to assist our Hoosier military families,” said Erich Orrick, Vice President of WISH for OUR HEROES. “From day one, Indy Eleven has demonstrated a high level of commitment to our community, and we’re truly honored to be part of it.”
As part of the new partnership, Indy Eleven and WISH for OUR HEROES will create a program to supply tickets for military families to enjoy Indy Eleven games, while WISH for OUR HEROES will be integrated into the gameday experience via activation in the team’s planned interactive fan zone at Carroll Stadium. To assist with a $10 donation, text “AMERICA” to 20222; for more information on this national 501(c)(3) charitable organization, visit www.wish4ourheroes.org .
Indy Eleven ditched its boots for roller skates in November 2013 when it locked together with its newest community partner, the Naptown Roller Girls. As part of the collaboration, Indy Eleven and the Naptown Roller Girls will provide game day sponsorship activation at each other’s home contests and promotion of events and initiatives across social media channels and in addition to cross-promotional player appearances at various community events.
Formed in 2006, the Naptown Roller Girls is one of more than 200 flat- and banked-track roller derby leagues around the country. The ladies of NRG’s three competing teams – the veteran Tornado Sirens, junior-varsity Warning Belles and rookie team The Third Alarm – have collected bruises, torn tendons, dislocated ankles and broken bones to bring roller derby in all its grit and glory to the Indianapolis area. For more information on the Naptown Roller Girls, including their 2013-14 home schedule and ticketing info for their upcoming season, visit www.naptownrollergirls.com . Fans can also keep track of the NRG via their Facebook home, Twitter feed and Instagram page.
NRG is a member of the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association, which is a national governing body for women’s amateur flat-track roller derby in the U.S. As a member of WFTDA, NRG is among the ranks of more than 100 all-female, skater-owned and -operated leagues nationwide that have united to lead the growing sport. WFTDA member leagues engage in sanctioned interleague play, including regional playoffs and a championship tournament.
