The Public Relations & Communications Manager position is a full-time position (40 hours a week plus game days) and includes a base salary. This position reports to and is supervised by the Director of Marketing and Communications. In addition, Indy Eleven employees are eligible for a health benefits package through the organization. The Director of IT provides service for Keystone Construction Corporation, Keystone Realty Group, and Indy Eleven. This position has oversight of communications and infrastructure management, including websites, servers, computers, printers, cables, Wi-Fi, phones, and various industry related software. This position will work from out of our downtown corporate office, while ensuring continuous support and connectivity at several properties in the Indianapolis/Carmel/Fishers metro area, as well as ongoing construction sites throughout the state. The position is responsible for directing and maintaining the continuity of the services provided by IT, including ensuring each employee in the organization has appropriate technology related tools, and that all technology services provided are operational and sustainable.

This person should recognize that ticket sales are the foundation for success for a professional sports franchise and enthusiastically help to exceed all sales goals. The position will require a comfort level with calling prospective buyers, as well as, face-to face-sales at events and in the community. Marketing Internship:
Indy Eleven Professional Soccer is now accepting candidates for its Marketing Internship to support the team’s front office during the 2017 summer season. Interns seeking credit toward their collegiate degrees are being sought to assist the team’s expanding marketing initiatives with duties including, but not limited to:
All internships will include a payment of $7.25 per hour and all interns will be working a maximum of 29 hours per week. These hours will include working the front office, working gamedays and additional events outside of the office. An exact schedule will be determined in conjunction with each student’s respective supervisor and Career/Internship Coordinator in order to fulfill coursework requirements (if applicable). The 2018 Spring/Summer Semester will run from approximately early to mid-February through early to mid-August.
