Indy Eleven Professional Soccer and Community Sports Medicine have collaborated on a formal partnership that will help maintain the health and fitness of the North American Soccer League expansion club as it heads into its inaugural season beginning on April 12.
Robert Kraft, DO, and Brian Gerlach, certified athletic trainer, will serve as the team physician and head athletic trainer, respectively. Community Sports Medicine will provide extensive medical services to Indy Eleven, including physician and athletic trainer support at all home and away games, ongoing trainer support at practices, sports nutrition consultation, and sports performance services.

As part of a multiyear partnership, McDonald's will assist Indy Eleven with the NASL club's burgeoning community and youth-driven initiatives, including programs like Goals for Indy. McDonald's also serves as the title sponsor for Indy Eleven's Game Day Ball Manager program, which includes an online contest to select two on-field ball kids to be up close to the action every Indy Eleven game.
